Press Release | 20th April 2021
With campaigning under way for the forthcoming County Council Elections, it has come to our attention of that a photograph of the church building is being used in a party-political campaign leaflet. No permission was sought or given for this.
While the Church is very glad to be recognised as a Boxmoor landmark, we would respectfully point out that St John’s Church must remain strictly apolitical and its image and personnel must not be used in a political context. St John’s Church is there for everyone, whatever their political persuasion. All are welcome!

We promote the welfare of children, young people and adults and work towards preventing abuse from occurring, protecting those at risk and respond well to those who have been abused.
